Processing & Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before being shipped to your address. Shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days to reach your destination.
Holiday Shipping Notice Due to the holiday season and increased demand, shipping times may take up to 30 days to arrive at your address. This is not the standard experience, but we want to be upfront about it.
We kindly ask customers to place their orders with this in mind. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and agree that shipping delays caused by holidays, carriers, or customs are outside of our control.
Orders that arrive after Christmas are not eligible for refunds based solely on delivery timing.

Important Shipping Notice Due to the recent demand for NeonTorque products, stock is currently very limited. To maintain our quality standards, new units are being manufactured.
As a result, shipping and delivery times may range between 25 to 30 business days while production catches up with demand. Once production is stabilized, all orders will be processed and shipped under our normal delivery times.
To ensure smooth logistics during this high-demand period, returns for this specific production batch will be accepted once the order has been delivered to your address. In this exceptional situation, return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
